Corferias is gearing up to host Expopet Colombia—The International Companion Animal Fair, an event set to take place from August 15 to 19 in Bogotá, now in its ninth edition. This event has established itself as a space where pets take center stage in a family-friendly environment filled with activities, entertainment, and fun.

This year, the fair will be a gateway to discovering the world of pets. It will offer visitors a five-day adventure where love and commitment play a key role in the lives of multi-species companions. The event will showcase a comprehensive array of products, services, and solutions.

Organized by Corferias, the fair features various areas for pet recreation and grooming, as well as academic and business spaces. Additionally, it will host a national commercial exhibition with 160 exhibitors offering a wide range of products and services for industry professionals, pets, and the general public. These include pet food, accessories, hygiene products, veterinary services, and more.

Moreover, the event will offer educational talks and workshops led by experts in veterinary medicine, animal nutrition, behavior, and other relevant topics, providing an excellent opportunity to deepen knowledge about pet care.

One of the standout elements of this segment is The School of Happiness, led by Yeison Botero Martínez, known as “El Profe de los Perros” (The Dog Professor). This innovative concept focuses on enhancing dogs' well-being and happiness through education, training, and recreational activities.

Strengthening the academic component, the Veterinary Week 360 Congress will present the latest trends in veterinary endocrinology. With the participation of leading experts, the congress will cover scientific advancements and practical skills and foster professional collaboration.
